Return and Exchange Policy
Our exchange policy is 14 days. If 14 days has passed since your purchase has been confirmed delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange for damaged or defective merchandise.
Exchanges will be granted within 14 days of confirmed delivery if the merchandise is reported defective or damaged. No refunds are allowed after sale is completed and merchandise has been shipped.
To complete your exchange, we require an email including Order Number, Detailed Description of Issue within 14 days. Our email is email@example.com.
Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item for exchange. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange and shipping of your replacement order.
Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org for a prepaid return label and return instructions.
All purchases will be shipped fully insured and will require an adult signature at the time of delivery. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
